Terms of use

Last updated

These terms cover the use of scplksa.com. They are not the terms of any service agreement — that is a separate signed contract.

The guidance on this site is general

The articles, guides and calculators describe Saudi labour, residency and commercial regulation in general terms. They are not legal advice and they are not a substitute for it.

Regulation in this area changes, sometimes with short notice and sometimes retroactively in effect. Every guide carries the date it was last reviewed, and every calculator carries the date its rates were last verified. Check that date before relying on anything.

Where a page cites an official source, that source is the authority — not our summary of it.

The calculators are estimates

The calculators produce indicative figures for planning. They are not formal calculations, they do not account for the specifics of your establishment, and they do not bind SCPL or any authority.

Statutory rates, government fees and Saudization quotas are set per activity and establishment size and are revised periodically. Verify your own position on the relevant government platform.

What we do and do not offer

SCPL provides licensed recruitment, government relations and HR services, facility management, and operations and maintenance, under the licences it holds.

Where this site discusses labour outsourcing — sometimes called manpower supply — it does so to explain a regulated activity, not to offer it. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply labour.

No page here is an offer capable of acceptance. Scope, price and obligations come from a signed agreement.
