In short
Service Companion Private Limited (SCPL) is a Saudi services company providing government relations and PRO services, HR and payroll outsourcing, facility management, operations and maintenance, and recruitment. We operate from a head office in Dammam and a second office in Riyadh, serving clients across the Kingdom.
What we actually do
Four services that look separate on an org chart and are the same thing in practice: get the right people into a Saudi operation, keep them legally employed, and keep the facility they work in running.
A client who contracts our facility management scope needs the workforce behind it recruited, and the government paperwork behind that workforce handled. A client who comes to us because their Nitaqat band dropped usually finds the same problem sits behind their payroll filing and their iqama tracking. Splitting those across separate vendors is how the gaps appear.
How we contract
Since MHRSD Ministerial Resolution No. 60339 took effect on 26 January 2026, Saudi regulation draws a formal line between service outsourcing — where a provider delivers a defined outcome using its own supervised workforce — and internal labour outsourcing, where workers are placed under the client's supervision. The second is separately licensed, documented through Ajeer, and now carries obligations for the company receiving the workers as well as the provider.
Our facility management and O&M work is contracted as service outsourcing: our employees, our supervision, our delivery obligation. Our recruitment work places candidates you employ directly. If what you need is licensed labour outsourcing, we will say so rather than structuring it as something else.

Where we are
Dammam is the head office, which puts us inside the Eastern Province industrial belt — Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail and Ras Al Khair. That proximity is the reason our industrial capability is concentrated there. Riyadh covers the central region and most establishment-level government transactions.
