This policy explains what Service Companion Private Limited (SCPL) collects through scplksa.com, why, and who else sees it. It describes what this website actually does rather than what a template would say.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type: your name, your company, your work email, a phone number if you choose to give one, which service area your enquiry concerns, your answer to the qualifying question, your timeline, and any free text you add.
Automatically with that enquiry, we record the page you sent it from, the referring address if your browser supplied one, and whether you were using the English or Arabic site. This tells us which pages produce enquiries.
While you browse, if analytics is enabled we record page views and interactions such as opening a calculator or starting the enquiry form. This is not linked to your enquiry unless you send one.
The calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent anywhere unless you choose to submit them with an enquiry.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, and to route it to whoever in the company handles that service.
To understand which pages and tools produce enquiries, so we can improve them.
We do not build marketing lists from enquiries, and we do not sell personal data.
Who else sees it
Our database provider. Enquiries are stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database so that no enquiry is lost if another system is unavailable.
Our CRM or workflow tool. Enquiries may be forwarded to the system our team works from, so that the person who replies has your details in front of them.
Our analytics provider. If analytics is enabled, usage data is processed by Google Analytics.
Our hosting provider, which necessarily processes requests to serve the site.
We do not otherwise share your details with third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship or prospect is live, and then for as long as we need them for our own records.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will, unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask how it is being used.
Write to info@scplksa.com and we will respond. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
Cookies
The site does not use cookies to identify you. Where analytics is enabled, the analytics provider may set cookies to distinguish one visit from another. You can block these in your browser without losing access to anything on the site.
