MEP & Hard Facility Services

In this climate, HVAC is not a comfort system — it is the system that determines whether a building can be occupied and whether temperature-sensitive operations continue. Hard services planning here is built around that reality, not around a generic maintenance calendar.

In short

Hard facility services cover a building's mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems plus fire and life safety — the systems that carry statutory obligations and cause the most disruption when they fail. SCPL delivers planned preventive maintenance, reactive response and statutory compliance work under defined response times.

Common questions

What is planned preventive maintenance?

A scheduled programme of inspection, servicing and replacement based on each asset's requirements and criticality, carried out before failure rather than after. The measure of whether it is working is a falling reactive callout rate — if reactive volume is flat, the schedule is not doing its job.

Do you handle Civil Defense certification requirements?

We maintain fire and life safety systems to the standard certification requires and support the inspection process, including remediating findings. The certificate itself is issued by the authority.
