Are your operators employed by SCPL or supplied to us?
Employed by SCPL, supervised by SCPL, and working under our delivery obligation. That structure is what makes this service outsourcing rather than internal labour outsourcing under MHRSD Resolution 60339 — a distinction that carries compliance consequences for the client as well as the provider.
How is O&M performance measured?
Typically on asset availability and reliability, maintenance schedule compliance, response and rectification times, and HSE performance. Targets and measurement method are agreed in the contract, because disputes here almost always trace back to a measure that was never defined precisely.
