Cleaning, Security & Soft FM Services
Soft services are where the difference between a contractor and a labour supplier is most visible. Supervision, training, cover for absence, replacement of underperforming staff and consistency of standard are the provider's problem — which is the whole point of contracting for the outcome.
In short
Soft facility services are the occupant-facing services that keep a site presentable, safe and usable: cleaning, security, hospitality, landscaping, waste management and pest control. SCPL delivers these as scoped, supervised service contracts with defined standards and measurable performance, not as placed labour.

Common questions
Do you provide cleaning staff we can supervise directly?
No — and that distinction is deliberate. We deliver cleaning as a scoped service using our own supervised employees, which is service outsourcing under MHRSD Resolution 60339. Placing workers under a client's direct supervision is internal labour outsourcing, a separately regulated activity. Contracting for the outcome also means absence cover, training and performance are ours to manage.
How is soft services performance measured?
Against defined standards and frequencies written into the contract, with scheduled audits and a reporting cycle. Vague scopes are the most common reason soft services contracts sour, so we spend time on that definition before mobilisation rather than after.
