GOSI Registration, WPS & Mudad Compliance
WPS non-compliance is unusually punishing because it is not contained. A flagged establishment finds unrelated transactions blocked — new visas, transfers, renewals — and the cause is often a reconciliation mismatch rather than an actual unpaid wage. Getting it clean, and keeping it clean, protects everything else you do.
In short
GOSI is Saudi Arabia's social insurance authority; the Wage Protection System (WPS) verifies that employers pay staff correctly and on time, filed through platforms such as Mudad. A WPS violation restricts an establishment's ability to transact across other government portals. SCPL manages registration, filing and reconciliation so your status stays clear.
You're probably here because one of these is true
- Your establishment is flagged for a WPS violation
- Government transactions are blocked and you suspect a wage-file mismatch
- GOSI contributions do not reconcile against payroll
If any of these describe your situation, say so in the enquiry — urgent cases are routed differently and we come back the same working day.

What SCPL handles under GOSI, WPS & Mudad
Employers running payroll in Saudi Arabia, particularly those whose payroll data and GOSI records have drifted apart over time.

- WPS filing
- Monthly wage file preparation and submission through Mudad or your bank channel.
- Violation clearance
- Diagnosing the cause of an existing flag and resolving it, rather than refiling and hoping.

Common questions
What is the Wage Protection System in Saudi Arabia?
WPS is the mechanism that verifies employers pay employees the agreed wage, on time, through traceable bank transfers. Employers file a wage file each period; the system compares it against contract and GOSI data. Mismatches or missed filings generate violations against the establishment.
What happens if our establishment has a WPS violation?
Depending on severity and duration, the establishment can face restrictions on government transactions — new work visas, sponsorship transfers and renewals among them. Because the restriction is at establishment level, it affects your whole workforce, not just the employee the mismatch relates to.
Why do GOSI and payroll records drift apart?
Usually through unrecorded changes: a salary revision applied in payroll but never updated in GOSI, allowances treated inconsistently, or a leaver deregistered late. Each is small, and together they produce a reconciliation gap large enough to flag.
Can you take over WPS filing without changing our payroll system?
Yes. We work from whatever payroll output you produce. If you would rather hand over the whole function, our payroll outsourcing service covers processing and filing together.
