Recruitment Services in Saudi Arabia
Most recruitment in Saudi Arabia does not fail at sourcing. It fails afterwards — in the quota that was not approved, the attestation that was not done, the visa that was rejected on a profession-code mismatch. A recruiter who cannot see that chain hands you a candidate and a problem. We run both halves.
In short
Recruitment services cover sourcing, screening and placing candidates into roles you employ directly. SCPL recruits locally and internationally across technical, industrial, hospitality and administrative roles — and because we also run government relations, the visa, iqama and Qiwa steps that follow a hire are handled by the same team.
You're probably here because one of these is true
- A project start date depends on hires who are not yet mobilised
- Your last international hire stalled in visa processing
- You need Saudi nationals to move your Nitaqat band
If any of these describe your situation, say so in the enquiry — urgent cases are routed differently and we come back the same working day.

Common questions
We need additional people on site. Can SCPL do that?
Two routes, and which one applies comes down to who supervises. If you want the people on your own payroll, we recruit and screen them — trade testing where the role needs it — and run the visa, attestation and iqama chain; you employ them, and you hold the contract and the sponsorship. If you want the work covered without taking on the headcount, we contract for the outcome instead: SCPL employs and supervises its own team against a defined scope, with agreed KPIs and an SLA, which is how our facility management and plant operations contracts are structured. A third arrangement exists, where workers sit under the client's own day-to-day supervision — that is regulated separately and processed through the Ajeer platform, and it is not what SCPL contracts for. Tell us what the work actually is and we will tell you which of these it needs.
What is the difference between recruitment and outsourcing?
In recruitment, we find the person and you employ them — you hold the contract, the sponsorship and the supervision. In service outsourcing, we employ and supervise our own team and deliver an agreed scope of work; you contract for the outcome, not for the people. Which one you need depends on whether you want headcount or a result.
Do you handle visas and iqamas for candidates you place?
Yes, and it is the main reason clients use us for both. Recruitment and government relations sit in the same business, so quota, visa, attestation, stamping, iqama and Qiwa authentication run as one sequence rather than being handed between two vendors.
Can you recruit Saudi nationals to improve our Nitaqat band?
Yes. We plan this alongside your band position rather than in isolation, because the number of placements needed depends on your current ratio and total headcount. Our Nitaqat calculator shows the gap before we start.
